We collect what we need to get a shirt to your door, and nothing we cannot justify.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, and payment confirmation details. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store them. If you subscribe to emails, we store your email address and subscription preferences.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, provide customer support, send order updates, and — only if you opted in — send occasional emails about new designs and restocks. We also use aggregate analytics to understand which pages and products people actually look at.
Who we share it with
Our e-commerce platform, our print and fulfillment partner, our payment processor, our email provider, and our analytics providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and measure site performance and advertising effectiveness. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart may stop behaving.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@birdwatchcrew.store.

We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and marketing preferences until you unsubscribe.
