Made to order

Nothing sits in a warehouse. Each item is printed after you order it, and orders are typically packed and shipped within 7 business days, then ship with tracking. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels — that is normal, not a mistake.

Delivery estimates

• United States — typically 3–6 business days after production
• Canada — typically 5–10 business days after production
• United Kingdom and Europe — typically 5–10 business days after production
• Rest of world — typically 10–20 business days after production

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. Those charges are not included at checkout.

If something is wrong

Damaged, misprinted or the wrong item? Email hello@birdwatchcrew.store within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a photo, and we will work to make it right.

Sizing and returns

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color, or change-of-mind purchases. Please check the size guide before ordering — measure twice, bird once.

Wrong address

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, you are responsible for reshipping costs. Double-check it at checkout.
