Terms of service
The short version: buy a shirt, wear the shirt, do not copy the artwork.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order by email. If an item is unavailable or a price is listed in error, we may cancel and refund in full.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude any duties or import taxes charged by your country. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor.
Made-to-order products
Items are printed after you order. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the finished garment, and print placement can vary by a small margin between items. Both are normal for direct-to-garment printing.
Shipping and risk
Estimated delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our shipping and returns page for how we handle damaged, misprinted or incorrect items.
Intellectual property
All Birdwatch Crew designs, artwork, copy and brand marks are our property. You may not reproduce, resell or use them commercially without written permission. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, or misuse this site, and do not submit content you do not have the rights to. We may refuse service where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
